Blood Indians are Joanne Forbes and Rowan Wright. Drawing on influences that include First Aid Kit, Warpaint and Lykke Li, Blood Indians blend ethereal vocal harmonies, with dark, compelling guitar lines.

In late 2013, they took part in Gardyne Studios Youth Music Intiative, supported by Creative Scotland. Performing to a sold-out Gardyne Theatre, they have since received support from Jim Gellatly (Clyde 1, Tay Fm) and Gary Clark (Songwriter, Producer).

In their short time together they have supported Roddy Woomble, Vanilla Gloom, Meursault and The Mirror Trap. 
In April 2014 they released their first EP through Gardyne Studios.
